Setting Support Staff & Skill Level The assignment of support personal to the work order is based on
two factors: Using the "Support Staff" option, detail information such as Location, Phone, Fax, Skills, Education,.. etc. can be accessed by a simple point and click.

Setting Facilities Requesting Support The "Facilities" (i.e., Clients) requesting support can be accessed by a simple point and click and includes information such as Client Location, Address, Phone, Fax, e-mail, Emergency Contacts, Personals Authorized to make support request calls, .. etc
