MaintenanceNow IVR based Outbound Call Logging module allows the
system to automatically send a detailed confirmation of support
requested by the clients upon successful logging by the inbound
module via a fax report and an instant and efficient delivery of
work order related task to support personal via alpha text pager.
The
following steps describe how "outbound" calls are handled
by the MaintenanceNow:
- Maintenance Now
places an
"OUTBOUND" call to assigned support staff: "Pager
and/or e-mail"
for work order related information transmission.
- MaintenanceNow
places an "OUTBOUND" call to "Facility"
requesting support: "Fax and/or e-mail" to
confirm the receipt of support request.
User
Definable Pager Output:
The user can select from the pre-build list of parameters that can
be transmitted via pager notification. The following parameters
are available:
Client ID
Client Name
Client Phone
Tracking ID
Reason ID
Reason Disc. (Reason for Support Call by Client)
User
Definable Fax Output:
The user can select from the pre-build list of parameters that can
be transmitted via fax notification. The following parameters are
available:
Call Date/Time Rec'ed
Support Staff Assigned
Work Order No.
Tracking ID
Work Order Status
Work Order Priority
