functionality and easy-to-use GUI enable you to make quick changes
to the schedule to reflect last minute cancellations and
re-schedules with minimal effort. To modify an existing service
appointment time block, point and click to select the desired
support staff's schedule and expand to increase time limits or
shrink to decrease time limits of the service appointment box. To
move an existing service appointment from one day to another day,
simply select the desired service appointment and drag to the
desired date and time, it's that simple and easy!!
