Managing and scheduling service appointments can be challenging.  MaintenanceNow’s graphical scheduling board allows office managers to instantly view and modify field staff’s schedules and monitor scheduling status (cancelled, rescheduled, ..), via a real-time, color-coded, drag and drop.  Unlike traditional scheduling applications, MaintenanceNow Service Scheduler automatically considers all of the factors into account when scheduling a service and setting-up an dispatching call such as support staff's skills required for the task, support staff's availability, etc. The system incorporates the following productivity enhancing and unique features:

Just point and click to select support staff and drag-and-drop to schedule new service appointments, it's that simple and easy.   The MaintenanceNow Service Scheduler's event-driven functionality and easy-to-use GUI enable you to make quick changes to the schedule to reflect last minute cancellations and re-schedules with minimal effort. To modify an existing service appointment time block, point and click to select the desired support staff's schedule and expand to increase time limits or shrink to decrease time limits of the service appointment box. To move an existing service appointment from one day to another day, simply select the desired service appointment and drag to the desired date and time, it's that simple and easy!!
