The MaintenanceNow Scheduler & Dispatching software can be utilized as a SINGLE STANDALONE system or can be used in a multi-user network environment. The minimum system requirements for each of these configuration is given below:

Standalone Client Hardware Requirements
Pentium-MMX CPU 166 MHz (minimum).
 64 MB RAM minimum (96 MB RAM recommended).
 20 MB available disk space (40 MB recommended).
 Super VGA screen resolution.
 CD-ROM drive.
 Microsoft Windows 95/98 or Windows NT Workstation 4.0+

Network Server Hardware Requirements
Pentium/Pentium-Pro CPU 200+ MHz (minimum).
 128 MB RAM minimum (192 MB RAM recommended).
 100 MB available disk space.
 Super VGA screen resolution.
 CD-ROM drive.
 Microsoft Windows NT 4.0+ or Novell NetWare 4.11+

Telephony Interface Hardware Requirements
Dialogic Proline/2V, Dialog/4 CTI cards for analog lines.

Alphanumeric Pager Requirements
Alphanumeric Paging service supporting multi line messaging.
