Innovative Automation (IA) is a pioneer in the field of computer and internet telephony applications designed for service optimization. IA provides software products, customized software development and technical consulting services to the following industries world wide.

IA offers two software products for service scheduling, dispatching and automated notification applications:

• MaintenanceNow: Service Scheduling and Computer Telephony enabled Automated Dispatching and is used to optimize the allocation of service personnel to service requests, subject to personnel availability and skill level.
• DocCalling: Patient Scheduling and Computer Telephony enabled Automated Appointment Reminder and is used to optimize the allocation of service personnel to patient requests, subject to healthcare provider's availability.

Our policy of giving complete access to all source code of our software products allows our customers to utilize their internal resources and significantly reduce the cost of any add-on new features.

IA has gained considerable experience in designing and developing a modular, easy-to-use, intuitive user interface for service driven processes and complex healthcare service interactions using industry standard tools such as Visual Studio and MSDE.  The use of latest MSDE technology allows MaintenanceNow Scheduling  & Dispatching software to scale from desktop database (MS Access-2000) to enterprise database (MS-SQL) with ease and virtually no additional learning curve. In addition, the modularity and use of ActiveX component and ODBC technologies allows MaintenanceNow Scheduling  & Dispatching software to seamlessly integrate with any external ERP, CIS/SMS, practice management systems (running under Oracle, Sybase, Informix, or any ODBC complaint databases) enabling our client to scale up as they expand and grow with out any additional customization thereby reducing the overall cost of operation and support  and significantly contributes to the success of MaintenanceNow in variety of service driven industries.
